Paranoia: Deliver Me released on August 9, 2018. On December 19, 2019, the developer shipped a major update adding full Chinese voice acting alongside a companion DLC, "Deliver Me Metamorphosis." That appears to be the last meaningful communication about this game specifically.
A second DLC — the "妄想症 Deliver Me Cosplay Album" — is still listed on the store as unreleased, with no announced release date. This means there is outstanding content that has been promised but not yet delivered.
However, the developer has been completely silent on this game since December 19, 2019. The two news posts that followed (in June 2020 and October 2021) are about a separate studio project (Mirror 2 and Mirror Party) and contain no mention of Paranoia: Deliver Me or the pending Cosplay Album DLC.
