Evaluation

Denizen reached its full 1.0 launch on October 9, 2026, ending more than two years in Early Access that began on April 29, 2024. The developer says this is not the end of development: the launch announcement states that plenty of new content and updates are planned beyond the full release, and the October 5, 2026 Fun & Games update said new residences and pets are already in the works. Major updates have continued at a steady pace through 2026, including the Character & City Update on February 17, 2026, the Daily Grind Update on May 6, 2026, and Fun & Games on October 5, 2026. The developer has announced further content for after the 1.0 launch, so development is set to continue.

Evidence
