Diablo The Abyss launched its complete v1.0 release on August 22, 2023, following a period of Early Access development. The developer (Ken Adam / Friday Night) shipped a substantial content update on December 18, 2023 — a new hidden character, Zuo Ci, along with a full achievement system — representing the only major content drop post-launch. Since that December 2023 update, there have been no further developer communications of any kind: no patch notes, no announcements, no roadmap, and no new content. The game's news history shows activity concentrated around the 1.0 launch window (August–September 2023) with a single content addition in December 2023, after which the developer has been entirely silent through June 2026. There are no unreleased DLC listings, no announced future content, no season pass or live service structure, and no roadmap pointing to upcoming additions.
