Disillusions Manga Horror is a solo-developer horror game originally created for mobile and brought to Steam on January 16, 2015. The game's final content update shipped on February 12, 2015, adding Chapter 4 and multiplayer support across all chapters — completing the intended four-chapter structure. Since then, the developer has continued occasional maintenance. A bug fix post on July 25, 2020 resolved a multiplayer and high score connectivity issue, and the developer described the game at that time as "a very old game now" — framing it as a finished product being kept functional. More recently, updates on June 19, 2026 and September 30, 2026 (reflected in the store description as version 4.52) improved controller support and made general code adjustments. These are maintenance patches, not new content. Across 16 total news posts scanned, there are no major content releases beyond what shipped in February 2015, no announced future content, and no unreleased DLC. The game launched as a complete package and has been maintained — but not expanded — in the years since.

On screen keyboard pops up for name/chat (Left trigger/L3/Square/West button)

Steam name autofills in players name in-game.

Removed Escape button closing game on certain scenes, such as high scores.

Requirements for getting 3 stars lowered, on Chapter 1, 2 and 3. (~%15)
Menu controller navigation waits for GUI to be showing.
Some input system disabled, that caused issue with certain platforms (was not used anyway)
