Evaluation
Dr. Chatelet: Faith launched into Early Access on November 29, 2022 and has received a series of updates since then. The developer shipped notable content additions in March 2023 — including a new Experience Mode, a Mini-Game Challenge Mode, additional story ending content, and over 30 Steam achievements — followed by a Japanese language version shortly after. A keyboard controls update arrived in August 2023, and the most recent developer communication was a feature patch on February 28, 2024 that added Steam achievement synchronization.
Since February 28, 2024, there has been no developer communication of any kind — no patches, no announcements, no status updates. The game remains in Early Access, meaning the developer has not declared it complete or ready for a 1.0 release. With no update in over 16 months and no statement about the future of development, it is unclear whether active work is continuing. Players waiting on a full 1.0 release should be aware that the developer has been silent for an extended period with no explanation.
