Dragon Island

Dragon Island launched on March 11, 2024 as a complete visual novel with a full main storyline, 15,000+ words, and 12 different endings. On March 12, 2024, the developer issued a hotfix addressing QTE timing, skipping/rollback controls, and translation issues. In that same launch announcement, they noted plans to further optimize the English translation and complete supporter content (such as phone avatars and posts in the protagonist's phone). However, no developer communications have appeared since March 12, 2024 — more than two years before today's date of June 23, 2026. The promised improvements and supporter content have not been confirmed as shipped, and the developer has not posted any updates explaining the silence or indicating the work is complete. Both released DLC items (the OST and Digital Art Pack) shipped at launch and are not indicative of ongoing content work. Given the outstanding commitments stated at launch and the complete absence of any communication since March 12, 2024, it is unclear whether those planned additions were ever delivered or whether the developer remains engaged with the project.
