Dream House Days DX launched on March 27, 2022 as a complete, self-contained apartment management sim — a Steam port of an existing Kairosoft mobile title. Developer activity after launch was limited to a handful of small housekeeping updates in the days immediately following release: a keyboard mapping addition on March 29, 2022, a volume adjustment fix on March 29, 2022, and Steam Achievements added on April 1, 2022. There have been no developer communications of any kind since April 1, 2022, no DLC has been listed or released, and the store description contains no mention of planned content or ongoing updates. This is consistent with Kairosoft's typical approach of porting finished mobile titles to Steam as complete packages with no post-launch content cycle. The game shipped as a finished product.
