Drift Desert Race is an absurd endurance road trip that you can tackle alone or with a Steam convoy of up to four players.
Pick a short ride or commit to the legendary eight-hour journey. Stay on the road, keep the group together and find out what waits beyond the next horizon as the world slowly becomes stranger.
DRIVE TOGETHER
Create a Steam lobby, invite your friends, choose your cars and set out as one convoy. Every player drives their own vehicle while the group shares the same road, journey progress and unpredictable desert.
CHOOSE THE LENGTH OF YOUR JOURNEY
You do not need eight free hours to enter the desert. Choose the trip that fits your evening:
Quick Ride — a focused 15-minute run.
Desert Run — 45 minutes on the road.
Endurance — a two-hour challenge.
The Ultimate Journey — the original eight-hour test.
Free Ride — no finish line and no time limit.
THE ROAD DOES NOT STAY NORMAL
The journey is broken up by landmarks and unexpected events. Visibility can disappear inside a sandstorm. A wrong-way driver may appear ahead. You may intercept a strange radio signal, meet an enormous bus or notice something watching from the sky.
MORE THAN ONE HORIZON
Leave the familiar desert behind and take the convoy through different road palettes. Cross frozen wilderness under falling snow or follow a Japanese highway past temples, castles and cherry blossoms.
