Evaluation
Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes launched on April 23, 2024 as a complete JRPG. The developer announced a post-launch Season Pass containing three story expansions, with an initial roadmap targeting August, September, and October 2024. Those dates slipped, and on February 6, 2025, the developer issued a community update acknowledging the delay and confirming the revised schedule: The Chapter of Marisa (February 27, 2025), The Chapter of Seign (March 13, 2025), and The Chapter of Markus (April 3, 2025).
All three story expansions were delivered on schedule. The April 3, 2025 launch post for The Chapter of Markus explicitly described it as "the third of three planned story expansions" — confirming this was the final piece of announced content. The February 2025 community update also referred to these three DLCs as "the last scenario parts that Murayama worked on directly," reinforcing that there is no further story content in development from the game's lead scenario writer.
All eight DLC items listed on the store are marked as released. The Season Pass has been fully delivered. There are no unreleased DLC entries, no announced future content, and no developer communications indicating ongoing development beyond the completion of the three-chapter expansion series. The last developer communication was the Markus DLC launch post on April 3, 2025.
Evidence
The Chapter of Markus launched, described as 'the third of three planned story expansions' — explicitly confirming this is the final DLC in the series.
All eight DLC items, including all three story expansions and the Season Pass, are marked as released with no unreleased items remaining.

About this game
Our story begins in one corner of Allraan, a tapestry of nations with diverse cultures and values.
By dint of sword, and by way of magical objects known as “rune-lenses,” the land’s history has been shaped by the alliances and aggressions of the humans, beastmen, elves, and desert people who live there.
The Galdean Empire has edged out other nations and discovered a technology that amplifies the rune-lenses’ magic.
Now, the Empire is scouring the continent for an artifact that will expand their power even further.
It is on one such expedition that Seign Kesling, a young and gifted imperial officer, and Nowa, a boy from a remote village, meet each other and become friends.
However, a twist of fate will soon drag them into the fires of war, and force them both to reexamine everything they believe to be right and true.
Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes became the #1 funded Kickstarter video game of 2020 thanks to phenomenal support from the community. 505 Games is truly honored to publish Eiyuden Chronicle and work with Rabbit & Bear to help deliver a memorable gaming experience to fans. The goal of Rabbit & Bear and 505 Games is to make sure Eiyuden Chronicle reaches its true potential and delivers a worthwhile JRPG the community will enjoy.
