Evaluation

Elle: Portal is a free-to-play spin-off of the puzzle platformer Elle, released on February 17, 2023. The game launched as a self-contained package with 36 levels, 3 enemy types, and a defined 8-color aesthetic. Shortly after launch, the developer shipped three quality-of-life patches through early March 2023 — adding a speed boost mechanic (February 22), improving gamepad controls and adding in-game hints (February 27), and introducing level checkpoints (March 3). The only DLC in the store listing, "Elle – Extended Version," was released on the same day as the game itself and is already available. There is no unshipped DLC, no announced future content, and no developer roadmap. The last developer communication was on March 31, 2023, which announced the release of the related main game Elle — not any new content for Elle: Portal itself. The game appears to have launched as a complete, finished product and received minor polish updates in its first two weeks before development concluded.
Evidence
