Employee of the Month launched on September 21, 2022 and has received periodic updates since then. The game shipped two notable post-launch content updates: a Polish language and UI overhaul patch in October 2023, and the "Halloween 2025" update (version 1.1.2510) on October 27, 2025, which added the "Super Extras" mode with unlockable gameplay modifiers tied to ending completion. A small follow-up bug fix patch arrived on December 24, 2025, polishing the new Super Extras content. That December 24, 2025 patch is the last developer communication on record. The Halloween 2025 post closed with "Next update coming some day..." — a casual sign-off rather than a firm commitment to specific new content. No roadmap, announced DLC, or named future content exists. The two major updates over three years follow a very loose, infrequent pattern (roughly one per year), and as of June 21, 2026, approximately six months have passed since the last activity — consistent with the tail end of that quiet pattern. There are no unreleased DLC listings, no live-service elements, and no developer statements about planned future content. The game appears to be a complete, self-contained experience that the solo developer (Kuba) continues to polish occasionally, but with no outstanding commitments or announced upcoming content.
