Grandpa wants two ice creams.
Grandma is dead. She left you 100 kroner.
Cash in the inheritance at the bank and go to KJIWI. Ice cream requires ID, so apply for an ID card at the police first. The inheritance covers one ice cream. Grandpa says: "Do not come back without two ice creams."
Apply for a grant at Lånekassa. The application asks for your favorite bread color. Cash in the grant at the bank. Buy the second ice cream.
erdetspill is an absurdist Norwegian first-person shooter with PSX graphics at 640×480, inspired by My Summer Car and Postal 2. Nobody in the game comments on any of it.
Features
- A main quest through Norwegian bureaucracy. The bank, the police, Lånekassa and the checkout at KJIWI.
- Side quests. Hunt crows and moose for Iver. Get gravel for the Gravel Brothers. Fix the power for Hverdagskomiker. Play tic-tac-toe against Gorgon the janitor. Tear down posters for Malicious Vindkast. Race a boy on a scooter.
- Weapons. A pistol, a rifle, a shotgun, an RPG with one rocket in the magazine, and a slice of bread that fires gravel.
- The town. A moose with an RPG. Crows. A robot lawnmower. Pedestrians. A power pole that raps.
- KJIWI. Carry your groceries to the checkout yourself. The cashier lady checks your ID.
- Heaven. When you die, erdetgud gives you three doors.
- More. Stand-up comedy in the stave church, a hunter who buys birds, erdet News on TV, a graveyard, a lemonade stand and a fishing pond.
- Extras. A speedrun timer. Your own music on the radio.
Free game and Supporter Pack
The main game is free. That includes the ice cream quest, the side quests, the church, the hunter, the graveyard, the TV and the shotgun on the KJIWI wall.
The Supporter Pack is a DLC. It contains:
- The episode "The Dresser and Me", with a gravel night at Stein and Steinar's.
- A camping trip with Rotta Geir.
- Nils Jorge's quest and Ruben Radler's villa, with the sniper rifle.
- The Uzi and the assault rifle on the KJIWI wall.
- All weapon parts and weapon charms.
- A moldy slice of bread, extra hand gestures, house colors and your own pictures in the frames.
