That update arrived on April 24, 2023, adding new puzzles, a new area, and a save system — content that the developer noted had been originally planned but wasn't ready at launch. This appears to be the final substantive content update for the game. Since April 2023, there have been no further updates to Escape First Alchemist itself. The developer's attention has shifted to a new project: "Alchemist: Journey of the Soul," for which a demo was released on May 23, 2025, and the full game launched on May 21, 2026. The May 2026 post also mentions upcoming "collab bundles" between their games, but this refers to store bundle promotions rather than new content for Escape First Alchemist. There are no unreleased DLC listings, no developer roadmap, and no statements promising additional content for this game.
