Ever Seen A Cat?

Ever Seen A Cat? launched on January 18, 2022 as a complete hidden object game featuring 611 cats across 9 environments. Over the course of 2022, the developer shipped several patches and quality-of-life updates, one paid DLC (the Paper Edition + Wallpapers, released July 27, 2022), and a free Halloween bonus level on October 25, 2022. On November 5, 2022, the developer posted a development status update announcing the arrival of Steam trading cards and noting that the Halloween content had concluded its seasonal run. That same post explicitly directed players toward the studio's next project, Cat Seeker, stating "development is underway" — a clear signal that the team's attention had shifted to new titles. No further news posts, updates, patches, or content announcements have appeared for this game since November 5, 2022. All listed DLC has been released. The developer has shipped sequels (Ever Seen A Cat? 2, Ever Seen A Cat? 3) and a spin-off (Cat Seeker), consistent with having concluded work on this original entry. The game appears to have launched as a complete package and received its final content additions in late 2022.
