About this game
Your rules. Your world. Your table.
EZY VTT combines a tabletop RPG builder with a virtual tabletop. Create your own game system in a visual editor, prepare an adventure, and play it with friends. Build the tools your game needs, from character sheets and dice checks to inventory, combat and automated effects.
The Steam edition includes all currently available content, with no subscriptions or in-app purchases.
Build a system that belongs to you
Assemble character sheets from blocks. Define attributes, skills, resources, classes, items and conditions. Choose what contributes to a roll and what happens on success, failure or a critical result. Your module decides the rules.
Connect events, conditions and effects in the visual logic editor. Link actions, resource changes, equipment and character states into readable graphs. Test your logic on sample data before taking it to the table.
Run adventures in 2D and 3D
The 2D and 3D tables are fully synchronized: everyone shares the same scene, tokens and game state. Each participant chooses the view they find most comfortable, so players can use 2D and 3D together in the same session. Prepare scenes and floors, place maps and tokens, draw walls, manage fog of war and vision, and measure movement and distances. Add atmosphere, animated areas, music and action sounds to make each encounter feel different.
Keep sessions organized with initiative, character sheets, inventory, libraries, shops, a bestiary, handouts and personal journals. Review rolls and their modifiers in the log, and give players access through their assigned roles.
Play online or around one table
When the GM creates a session, they receive a room code to share with the players. Friends who do not own the Steam app can join through the website in a browser on any device using that code. Use a separate working window for sheets, inventory and notes, leaving more room for the map on your main screen.
For local play, the offline tabletop gives the GM a preparation view and a separate player display. Connect a second monitor, TV or projector, prepare the next scene privately, and send it to the players when ready. Local sessions are saved on your computer.
Make the table your own
Customize the look of your module, character sheets, tokens, dice and cursors. Create dice with your own materials, symbols and glow, and cursors with trails that other participants can see. Use your own images, maps, music and sound effects.
Create, share and keep building
Export your modules, import .ezy files, and discover community creations through Steam Workshop. Open modules in the visual editor and adapt them where the author's permissions allow it.
Prefer working with code? Expert Mode lets you assemble a complete module as structured data, or download instructions for your AI assistant to help you create it. EZY organizes the result in the same visual editor so you can keep refining it.
Build a home for your next campaign — whether you are recreating a favorite system or inventing one of your own.
