Fallback launched on October 11, 2019 and received active post-launch support in its first year. The developer shipped a feature patch on October 16, 2019, teased upcoming class improvements and new content in a December 2019 beta update, and then announced a major overhaul called "Uprising" in February 2020. That overhaul — the game's only major post-launch content release — shipped on October 15, 2020, reworking all six classes, adding a new hidden level (the Abandoned Sector), alternate "Core Level" variants, new achievements, and general gameplay improvements.
There have been no developer communications of any kind since October 15, 2020. There are no unreleased DLC listings, no announced roadmaps or future content, and no further news posts in over five years. The Uprising update was framed as a milestone "2.0" update following one year of release, and nothing subsequent has been announced or implied. With a single major post-launch content release followed by complete developer silence lasting until at least June 27, 2026, the game appears to have shipped as a complete product with no further content planned.
