Fallen Region

Fallen Region launched in Early Access in March 2020 and received one content update (version 0.2) on May 6, 2020 before graduating out of Early Access on November 2, 2020 with update 0.3.0. At that time, the developer explicitly promised future content including a new map, new game mechanics, new animations, more quests, new items and weapons, and more transport options. However, the developer has not posted any updates, patches, or communications of any kind since November 2, 2020. That is now over five and a half years of complete silence. The promised content has never arrived, and there has been no explanation from the developer about the status of development. Given the extensive list of undelivered promises and the prolonged absence of any developer activity, it is unclear whether this game is still being developed or has been quietly abandoned.
