Familiar Findings

Familiar Findings launched on February 9, 2026, following an active demo period during which the developer consistently shipped features and fixes. Before launch, the developer published a detailed roadmap on December 5, 2025 listing planned content including 50+ new familiar variants, two new familiar families, Tier 4 and 5 familiars, new outfits, decorations, and an upgrade shop. A second pre-launch announcement on November 4, 2025 also confirmed Twitch integrations and a Research Tab were in progress. Since the February 9, 2026 launch, the developer has been consistently active. A notable Spring Update shipped on March 15, 2026 adding Celtic-themed content and full Irish language support. The developer has also issued multiple feature patches (February 16, February 20, February 23, March 2, and April 20, 2026) addressing quality-of-life improvements such as Steam Deck support, familiar sorting, and summoning adjustments. Numerous bug fixes were also delivered throughout February and March 2026, with the most recent developer activity on April 20, 2026. The roadmap features announced before launch — including the Research Tab, Twitch integration, and expanded familiar families — appear to have been incorporated into the shipped product, as the demo already included research upgrade tasters and experimental Twitch features before the full release. The store description references over 100 variations and a codex to complete, consistent with the features described in the launch version.
