Ferrum's Secrets: Where Is Grandpa? launched on August 14, 2015 as a self-contained hidden-object adventure game. The developer shipped one DLC — the Vintage Vision cinematograph pack — on September 3, 2015, shortly after launch. A handful of patches followed through October 2015, with the last update specifically for this game (Update 1.4) posted on October 10, 2015. The store description's line "More cinematographs soon!" was likely referring to the Vintage Vision DLC that had already shipped by that point, and no additional cinematograph packs ever appeared.
After October 2015, all developer communications shifted entirely to promoting other games — Abrix the Robot, Lemuria 7, and Lemuria: Lost in Space VR Edition — with no further announcements, patches, or updates for Ferrum's Secrets. The sole DLC is released, no roadmap or future content was ever announced for the game, and developer activity on this title ceased by late 2015. The game launched and was completed as a packaged product.
