Field Hospital: Dr. Taylor's Story

Field Hospital: Dr. Taylor's Story launched on November 27, 2020 and received several years of post-launch support, including major free updates like the "Archive" feature (May 29, 2022) and the "Community Stats" update (April 6, 2023), as well as various bug fixes and feature patches along the way. On March 16, 2024, the developer published an explicit statement announcing that all work on Field Hospital: Dr. Taylor's Story has ceased. In their own words: "we are ceasing all work on the Field Hospital: Dr. Taylor's Story." They noted that their focus has shifted entirely to a new project (Sich Tactics). This is a clear, direct developer statement that development is complete — the strongest possible signal. Notably, on October 31, 2025, the developer released Patch 1.12, a bug fix addressing a medal-tracking issue and a Unity engine vulnerability. This maintenance patch does not represent new content development — it is consistent with the developer's earlier statement that they were done with the game, as occasional security and bug fixes can happen without active content development. The March 16, 2024 closure announcement remains the definitive statement on content status. The game is complete. No further content is planned or expected.
