FILTHY US (残秽的我们) launched on December 8, 2021 as Chapter 1 of a planned multi-chapter horror adventure game. Shortly after launch, the developer confirmed they were actively working on Chapter 2 while also continuing to polish Chapter 1. On July 20, 2022, they announced a dedicated Steam store page for Chapter 2 and stated a demo would be available soon for players to wishlist. This makes Chapter 2 an explicitly announced but unshipped commitment.
The last communication from the developer was on October 25, 2022 — a post about a Halloween in-game event for Chapter 1. Since then, there has been complete silence from the studio. The promised Chapter 2 demo never received a follow-up announcement confirming its release, and the development of Chapter 2 has had no further updates. This silence has now extended well over three years past October 2022, with no explanation provided. The status of Chapter 2 — and of the studio itself — is unknown.

便会在其身亡之处，产生名为“怨秽地”的空间。
亡者会化为虚无的灵魂，忘却生前种种，盲目徘徊于其中，无法转生。
生者若误入此处，便会在具象污秽的折磨下痛苦死去，其灵魂将成为滋养“怨秽地”的养料。
随着养料的增多，“怨秽地”也会一同扩大，以便吞噬更多的灵魂。
唯有“无者”，可除污秽。
游戏以纯手绘写实风格，还原了一段跨度长达数十年的真实往事。
恐怖并不局限于外在的表现，深入内心的幽邃，会让你不寒而栗。
游戏中的每一个角色，都曾经鲜活的存在于这个世界上。
