Football Agent launched into Early Access on August 25, 2026, developed by a solo developer at ATERO GAMES. In the roughly 14 days since launch (through September 5, 2026), the developer has posted at least 10 public updates, reaching version 0.1.15. These updates have added Steam Workshop mod support, four new languages (bringing the total to 12), a sponsorship negotiation system, a season archive, a UI overhaul, goalkeeper mechanics, and numerous gameplay balance and bug fixes. The developer has been communicating daily with the community through Steam and Discord, acknowledging feedback and actively working through bug reports. One post (August 29, 2026) explicitly mentions the developer is working on expanding the game database in the background.
