Football Manager 2017

Football Manager 2017 was released on November 3, 2016 and is no longer available for purchase on Steam. The game followed Sports Interactive's standard annual release model: a base game launch, followed by a major patch in December 2016 (17.2.0) with gameplay and competition fixes, a January Transfer Window update in March 2017 (17.3.0) refreshing the player database with real-world winter transfer data, a small hotfix on March 8, 2017 (17.3.1), and a final minor update on July 6, 2017 (17.3.2) to keep the in-game Twitter integration working with the then-current Twitter API. That July 2017 patch is the last known developer communication for this title. No further updates, DLC, or content announcements have been made. As with all annual Football Manager releases, the game has since been succeeded by newer editions (FM2018 and beyond) and is no longer sold. The game launched as a complete product, received its standard post-launch maintenance cycle, and that cycle has long concluded.
