FORM is a completed, self-contained VR adventure game that launched on June 1, 2017. After launch, Charm Games shipped two post-launch updates: a content update on August 24, 2017 (adding Cortex Mode, Oculus Rift support, and performance improvements) and a platform support update on December 13, 2017 (adding Windows Mixed Reality compatibility along with bug fixes and polish). A soundtrack and digital art book DLC was also released on December 8, 2017. Since December 2017, there have been no further updates, patches, or communications relating to FORM itself.
All subsequent developer news from Charm Games — spanning September 2024 through June 2025 — concerns their new game HexWind, a separate VR title. These posts were published on FORM's Steam page as the studio's shared communication channel, not as announcements of new FORM content. The store description itself closes with a note of gratitude to players and reads as a farewell to the project.
FORM launched as a narrative-complete, single-experience VR puzzle adventure. Its only DLC (the soundtrack and art book) has been released. The developer has moved on to new projects, and there is no indication of any planned future content for FORM.

Dr. Devin Eli is a brilliant physicist at the global technology mega-conglomerate Mindful Laboratories. Working in seclusion at an atmospheric research facility in the Alaskan wilderness, Dr. Eli is on the brink of uncovering the meaning behind a mysterious signal coming from a secret artifact - The Obelisk.
Playing as the gifted Dr. Eli, you have superhuman powers of geometric visualization - the unintended consequence of a childhood trauma. Use your powers to follow the signal through The Obelisk and explore dream-like memories to unlock puzzles in your own mind. This path could lead you to a new existence…or it could leave you trapped in your past forever.
