Shortly after launch, the developer (R's) posted a development status update on December 19, 2025 outlining a series of near-term improvements and future additions — including UI enhancements, gameplay tweaks, a story recap feature, and plans for Korean and Russian language support. These planned additions were subsequently delivered: a patch on March 27, 2026 added a script review feature and Korean language support, directly fulfilling the commitments outlined in the December 19 post. There are no remaining announced features or content that have not been delivered, and no unreleased DLC is listed on the store. The developer has not made any Fox Sex Farm-specific posts since March 27, 2026. The news feed since then consists entirely of Playmeow publisher announcements for other games in their catalogue, with no indication of further planned updates for this title. The game appears to have reached its complete state as of the March 27, 2026 patch.
