Gabe Newell Simulator launched into full release (version 1.0) on December 14, 2015, after a brief Early Access period. The developer shipped one DLC — the "GabeN DLC" (also called "Portal Mode DLC") — on June 17, 2016, which is the only DLC listed for the game and is fully released. That DLC represents the last content addition to the game. After that point, developer activity dropped off sharply: the only notable post after June 2016 was a September 2017 announcement promoting the developer's entirely separate new game, "ZAP Master." There have been no updates, patches, content announcements, or developer communications related to Gabe Newell Simulator since mid-2016. The developer has moved on to other projects, and there is no announced or unreleased content remaining. The game appears to have concluded its content lifecycle with the June 2016 DLC release.
