GanaBlade is a retro-style vertical scrolling shoot-em-up that launched on August 19, 2023. After launch, the developer shipped two free DLC stages: AREA-G (Life Planet) on January 13, 2024, and AREA-H (Space City) on February 20, 2024. These were the only two post-launch content releases, arriving roughly five weeks apart. Since the Space City DLC dropped on February 20, 2024, there have been no further developer communications of any kind — no patches, announcements, or updates through today, June 21, 2026. That's well over two years of silence following the second content drop. There are no unreleased DLC entries on the store, no announced roadmap, and no developer statements promising additional content. The two DLC stages appear to represent the full post-launch content slate, and the extended silence strongly indicates development has concluded. The game is best treated as a complete product as of February 20, 2024.
