Evaluation
Girl & Gem Magic launched on March 30, 2023, with its one DLC shipping the following day on March 31, 2023. A small patch in early April 2023 added localization improvements and bug fixes, and no further content was ever released or announced for the game.
On July 2, 2026, Twilight Sonata Studio published a farewell announcement stating the developer had decided to remove all of their games from Steam. A final 50% discount sale ran from July 14, 2026, described as "the last time" their games would be available at a discount before being taken down. The July 14 follow-up confirmed the studio is closing its doors entirely.
As of today (July 22, 2026), the game no longer has any purchase options available on Steam, confirming that it has been removed from the storefront as announced. The game is complete and no longer available for purchase.

Gameplay
Players have to select their heroine and make their own decisions that include battles, shops, treasure chests and various other points on randomly generated maps. Subsequently, there will be various ways to collect and increase the heroine's favor which will eventually lead to different endings!In the battles with the heroine, it will require the player to move the gems that are on standby onto the board and elimination will be triggered when the player forms a vertical column or horizontal row. Gems of different colours will have different effects when they are eliminated, and eliminations made up of gems of a single colour will deliver huge bonuses!
