Golazo! 2 launched on August 31, 2022 as a complete arcade soccer game. Following launch, the developer released two paid DLC packs: Qatar International Stars on November 3, 2022, and Pixel Stars on March 30, 2023. Both DLC packs are now fully released, and no further DLC or content has been announced since. The last developer communication of any kind was the Pixel DLC launch post on March 30, 2023. There have been no news posts, patch notes, announcements, or roadmap hints in the more than three years since that date. With both DLC shipped, no unreleased content listed on the store, and no developer communication indicating anything further is planned, the game appears to have reached its final state as of the Pixel Stars release on March 30, 2023.

Street mechanics and fields are added to this sequel to bring more depth to this game. Certainly a perfect game for people who are wary of football managers or complicated hard-core simulators.
