Golf Peaks

Golf Peaks launched on November 13, 2018 and received two rounds of post-launch content: Update 2.0 on February 7, 2019 (adding two new worlds and over 100 total levels) and Update 3.0 on September 3, 2019 (adding World 10 with 12 extra-difficult levels). These represent the full arc of new puzzle content for the game. Since September 2019, Afterburn has not shipped any additional puzzle content. The studio shifted focus to their next game, Railbound, which launched on September 6, 2022. Subsequent Golf Peaks updates have been purely maintenance-oriented: a 5th Anniversary update on November 13, 2023 added Steam Deck verification, accessibility options, and engine upgrades; a November 2024 update improved the main menu layout; and a November 2025 patch updated the Unity engine to address a security vulnerability. The store description references "120+ holes," which matches the level count after Update 3.0. There are no unreleased DLC listings, no announced future content, and no post-launch roadmap. The developer's communications over the past several years have focused on polish and maintenance rather than new puzzles. Golf Peaks appears to have been a complete, finished product since September 3, 2019, with Afterburn continuing light maintenance support.
