Graveyard Gunslingers

Graveyard Gunslingers launched on November 8, 2024 as a full 1.0 release. The developer posted a roadmap of additional planned features on November 10, 2024, and delivered on that roadmap through a series of post-launch updates: a feature patch on November 17, 2024 (character stats meta progression), bug fixes on November 12 and November 30, 2024, and a substantial major update on February 4, 2025 (gun meta progression, gun-specific skill trees, reworked difficulty system, new resource type, and more). The February 4, 2025 update post included the statement "As long as you keep playing, I'll keep updating," which, at the time of the previous evaluation, was read as a signal of ongoing commitment. However, that statement is a general expression of goodwill rather than a specific announcement of named future content or a roadmap — and it appeared in the post that delivered the content that had been announced back in November 2024. That announcement's promises appear to have been fully fulfilled by the February 4, 2025 update. As of today, October 1, 2026, the last developer communication on record is February 4, 2025 — over 19 months ago. The game had established a pattern of activity roughly every 1–3 months post-launch (November 2024 through February 2025), but no updates of any kind have been recorded since February 4, 2025. That silence now extends well beyond any reasonable continuation of the prior update cadence. No new DLC, roadmaps, or future content has been announced. No unreleased content is listed on the store. The developer has not communicated any plans for further updates. Given the extended silence, the fulfillment of all previously announced content, and the absence of any new commitments, the game appears to be complete as of the February 4, 2025 major update.
