H Chan is a small desktop pet application that released on June 13, 2019. The developer posted two updates in the days immediately following launch: a bug fix on June 15, 2019 and a feature patch on June 18, 2019 that added a new character and mentioned plans to "update more poses soon." However, no further developer communication has occurred since June 18, 2019 — over seven years ago. There are no unreleased DLC listings, no roadmap, no announced content, and no post-launch major content updates of any kind. The game appears to have launched as a small, self-contained desktop pet utility and received only brief post-launch polish before development activity stopped entirely. Given the complete absence of any developer activity since June 2019 and the nature of the product, the game is considered complete as shipped.
