.hack//G.U. Last Recode

.hack//G.U. Last Recode launched on November 3, 2017 as a complete, self-contained collection. The store description makes clear this is a definitive remastered package: it includes all three original .hack//G.U. volumes (Rebirth, Reminisce, and Redemption) plus an all-new exclusive fourth volume, .hack//G.U. Reconnection, created specifically for this release. The language used throughout — "fully restored," "complete collection," "all 3 original titles" — positions this as a finished product rather than a platform for ongoing content. There are no DLC listings, no season pass, and no announced expansions. The only post-launch developer communication was a January 19, 2022 patch note announcing Traditional Chinese language support — a localization addition, not new game content. That patch represents the last known official communication from the developer. No further updates, content announcements, or roadmaps have been posted since. This game launched as a complete package and has remained one. There is no indication of planned or ongoing content development.
