Haque launched on November 22, 2017 and received a steady stream of post-launch updates from solo developer Kevin Cole. Five updates were published over the course of the first year: an initial patch one week after launch (November 29, 2017), two further patches in February 2018, a Spring content update in April 2018, and a one-year anniversary update on November 21, 2018. That final update added new content (a new enemy, new location, cheat codes, and gameplay options) alongside bug fixes, and the developer thanked players for a great first year. No updates have been posted since November 21, 2018 — over seven years ago. There are no unreleased DLC entries (the only DLC is the soundtrack, which shipped in November 2017), no roadmaps, no announcements of future content, and no developer communications of any kind after the anniversary update. The pattern of updates clearly wound down naturally after the anniversary patch, and there is no indication of any planned future content. The game launched as a complete product and received polish updates through its first year; it is now a finished, self-contained experience.
