Hare In The Hat launched on April 1, 2015 as a point-and-click adventure game. The developer released one paid DLC chapter, "The Abyss," on April 29, 2016, which added over 90 minutes of new gameplay and 10 new puzzles. This is the only DLC in the store listing, and it has been fully released.
Since then, developer activity has been limited to platform support and maintenance work. A September 5, 2022 update added full Mac OS, Linux, and Steam Deck support. The most recent news post (December 24, 2020) was a promotional post pointing to a separate game by the developer, not any new content for Hare In The Hat.
There are no unreleased DLC entries, no announced future content, and no roadmap or developer statement indicating further chapters or expansions are planned. The developer has not communicated any intention to add more content to this game. The game appears to have shipped as a two-chapter experience (base game + The Abyss DLC) and is now complete.
