Hello Kitty and Sanrio Friends Racing launched on Steam on July 9, 2015. The store description presents a complete, self-contained game with a fixed set of content: 16 racing tours, 20 unlockable challenge events, multiple characters, vehicles, and a local multiplayer mode. Following launch, the developer released one bug fix patch on July 27, 2015 addressing a save progress issue. That was the last communication from the developer. No DLC was ever listed, no roadmap or future content was announced, and no further updates have been posted since July 2015. The game was clearly shipped as a finished product, and all available evidence points to development having concluded at or shortly after launch.
