Hello Neighbor

Hello Neighbor launched on December 8, 2017. For the original Hello Neighbor on Steam, the most recent direct update is the December 16, 2025 news post announcing a new modding tool being developed in collaboration with an external team. The post notes the tool is "brand new and still early in development" and invites community members to a playtest — indicating active investment in the game's ecosystem. Additionally, a brand-new Hello Neighbor universe game was previewed in a November 10, 2024 devlog ("Devlog #01_V1.mov"), with a Steam wishlist page live at App ID 2789680. This signals continued franchise development that ties back to the original game's world. The only released DLC is the Original Soundtrack (January 9, 2018), and no unreleased DLC is listed. However, the modding tool and the announced new universe game represent concrete, developer-communicated upcoming content connected to the Hello Neighbor property.
