Hentai Mosaique Puzzle launched on December 20, 2018 and received two substantive post-launch content updates in early 2019: a "BIG Update" on January 7, 2019 that added 3 new girls, 8 new puzzles, dialogue, and new achievements, followed by a "+10 Puzzles Update" on January 25, 2019 that added 10 more puzzles, 4 new abilities, 49 achievements, and 9 languages. After January 25, 2019, the developer shifted focus to sequels — Mosaique Neko Waifus 2 (June 2020), 3 (August 2020), and 4 (February 2021) — and later a new non-adult puzzler called Mosaica: Arboreal, announced in February 2025. None of the developer's subsequent communications mention any further updates or content for this original game. No DLC is listed, no roadmap exists for it, and the store description reflects the final feature set. The game appears to have reached its completed state with the January 25, 2019 update.
