The developer was clearly very active through early 2019, posting regularly about planned translations, voice acting, additional content, and a horror-themed DLC tied to an older version of one of the characters. However, all of that activity stopped. The last news post was on February 12, 2020, which announced a new game from the developer rather than new content for HENTAI PUZZLE. Before that, the most recent HENTAI PUZZLE-specific communication was from February 24, 2019 — a post acknowledging delays due to personal hardships and mentioning work on a new title. None of the features promised in 2019 (English voice acting, Japanese translation, Russian/German/Spanish localisation, the horror-themed DLC, a "safe for work" wallpaper DLC) appear to have shipped. The store description still references "trading cards coming very soon" and a promise to add free wallpaper DLC "asap," language that has remained unchanged since at least early 2020. These are signs the developer moved on without formally wrapping up this title. The developer's last communication was on February 12, 2020, announcing a new game — strongly suggesting the studio's focus had shifted away from HENTAI PUZZLE. With over six years of silence since that post and no unreleased DLC listed on the store, the game is effectively complete in its current state, even though several planned features never materialised.
