Hentai Waifu

Hentai Waifu launched on March 25, 2019 as a complete casual puzzle game with a defined set of content: 10 girls, 3 difficulty levels, and a gallery mode. Both DLC items (an image pack and the original soundtrack) released on the same day as the base game, meaning the full content package was available from day one. The developer shipped a notable update on May 14, 2021 that enhanced the game to native 4K resolution, improved menus and the puzzle algorithm, and added some bonus puzzles and images. This appears to be the last meaningful update to the game itself. The news posts from the developer are largely cross-promotional, announcing and celebrating other games in their catalog (Naughty Girl, Hentai Waifu II, Devilish Girl, Hentai Boy) rather than communicating new content for this specific title. The most recent post touching on any Hentai X game dates to February 22, 2024, and was about trading cards for a different game entirely. No unshipped DLC exists in the store listing, no roadmap or future content has been announced for this title, and the developer has not indicated any ongoing development plans for it. The game shipped as a self-contained product and received one quality-of-life update before the developer moved on to other titles in the series.
