Her Name Was Fire launched on October 11, 2022. At that time, the developer explicitly stated they would "be providing updates for a few months, including new cards, bosses, enemies, etc." True to that commitment, the game received two major content updates post-launch: a Halloween Update on October 25, 2022 (adding new enemies, cards, and a new boss), and a crossover update with Furcifer's Fungeon on January 18, 2023 (adding new spells, cards, and an elite enemy). The January 18, 2023 update also carried version number 1.0.1, and the patch notes from that date represent the final developer communication on record. The developer's launch-day statement scoped support to "a few months," and that window aligns with the content activity that followed. There have been no developer posts of any kind since January 18, 2023 — over three years of silence — and no unreleased DLC or roadmap items are listed on the store. The game appears to have completed its planned post-launch content cycle as the developer originally described it.
