Hidden Cats in New York

Hidden Cats in New York launched on June 16, 2023 as a complete hidden-object game. Its only DLC — a printable PDF coloring book and poster — released on the same day as the game itself. There are no unreleased DLC entries in the store listing, and the developer has made no announcements of additional content planned specifically for this game. Nukearts Studio is an actively prolific studio that produces the Hidden Cats series as a franchise of standalone titles, each set in a different city. News posts on this game's page are used by the studio to announce new entries in the series — Hidden Cats in Rio de Janeiro (June 2025), Hidden Cats in Istanbul (September 2025), and Hidden Cats in Christmas (November 2025) — but these are separate games, not content updates to Hidden Cats in New York. The studio explicitly described their August 2025 development status post as referencing a world of locations they've visited ("Paris… Spooky Town… Tokyo and Rio de Janeiro") and look forward to continuing, confirming the franchise is alive and growing — but that activity is happening across separate titles, not as additions to this game. Hidden Cats in New York shipped as a self-contained, finished product and has received no post-launch content updates. The game is complete as launched.
