Himno - The Silent Melody

Himno - The Silent Melody entered Steam Early Access on October 20, 2021, and received a steady stream of updates through early 2023. The game's most significant post-launch content update arrived on March 28, 2022, adding two new biomes, new weapons, a new guardian, and factory automation features. Smaller feature patches and bug fixes continued through May 2022, and a minor cosmetic update was released on February 14, 2023. However, there are meaningful concerns about where development stands. In October 2022, the developer posted candidly about experiencing severe burnout, acknowledging the project had grown too large in scope, and said they were reconsidering their approach to future projects. A follow-up post in December 2022 outlined a plan to give the game a proper conclusion — stating the final version would feature 8 biomes with a reworked progression system — but this work has not been delivered. Since the February 14, 2023 update (which was a minor patch adding two character skins and bug fixes), there has been no further communication from the developer. The game remains in Early Access with its originally promised content unfinished, and no timeline or status update has been provided for over three years.
