Hoa launched on August 24, 2021 as a complete puzzle-platformer. Shortly after launch, the developer released a single post-launch patch on October 12, 2021 adding quality-of-life features (level select, windowed mode) and fixing several bugs. No additional content updates or DLC beyond the soundtrack were ever released for the base game. The only DLC listed is the game's official soundtrack, which released alongside the game on August 24, 2021 — this is a companion product, not a content expansion. On March 9, 2026, the developer announced a full sequel, Hoa 2, with its own separate Steam page. This announcement confirms the studio is alive and active, but it also makes clear that new story content is coming in the form of a brand-new game rather than updates to the original. There are no unreleased DLC, no roadmap, and no developer statements indicating further content additions to the original Hoa. The game shipped as a complete, self-contained experience and remains so.
