Hold The Noise

Hold The Noise launched on March 15, 2024 as a free-to-play casual game. After receiving negative player reception, the developer (!CyberApex) posted an official notice on June 29, 2024 announcing that the game would be discontinued on Steam. In that post, the developer explained that the game's experimental concept around noise did not land well with players, and that the message and purpose of the game were unclear. They apologized and confirmed they would not be releasing experimental games on Steam in the future. Consistent with that announcement, the game currently has no purchase options available — it can no longer be acquired on Steam. The developer has indicated they are working on a new, different game, but Hold The Noise itself has been permanently retired.
