Evaluation
*I commissioned some bees 0* is a free-to-play hidden object game that launched on January 12, 2023. The store description outlines a fixed package of content: 10 unique artworks with 1,000+ bees to find, along with replay features and achievements. There is no indication of post-launch DLC, seasonal content, or planned expansions for this specific title.
The developer news feed is primarily composed of announcements for other games in the "I commissioned some…" series — separate titles featuring cats, frogs, dogs, letters, and ladybugs — rather than updates to *bees 0* itself. Post-launch activity on *bees 0* was limited to a Steam Deck support patch on February 27, 2023, and a minor content removal bug fix on June 26, 2023. No new content was added to the game after launch.
The developer has been consistently active, releasing new entries in the broader series at a high pace (18 separate game releases were posted across the news hub), but all of this activity represents new standalone games rather than updates to *bees 0*. There are no unreleased DLC listings, no roadmaps, and no developer statements promising further content for this title. The game launched as a complete, self-contained product and has remained so.
Evidence
Store description outlines a fixed set of content: 10 artworks, 1000+ bees, replay features, and achievements — no mention of planned updates or additional content for this title.
Most recent developer hub post (as of January 12, 2024) announces a new standalone game in the series — 'I commissioned some CATS 10' — not an update to bees 0.

Context:
The brief was simple. I commissioned artists to create a fantasy world, and hide as many bees as they can inside it. Now it’s your job to find them all! With 10 art pieces to choose from, and 1000+ bees, you will have a lot of searching to do.Controls:
Use your mouse to move around the image and zoom in / out. When you find a bee, click it and it will disappear. You can also use WASD to move and the arrow keys to zoom.Difficulty:
A full range of difficulty is included, but all levels start unlocked, your progress is saved as you play, and you can use hints if you get stuck.Get immersed:
Each painting has its own music and ambiance to help you connect with the world, as you search for all the bees.Replayable
You can restore a small number of bees back into a painting so you can find them again! It’s much harder when there are only a few bees left (especially randomly). You can also use up to 3 save slots so you can replay without progress loss. Alternatively, you can reset your progress for the entire game if you’d like to start over.Last evaluated Jun 21, 2026
