Immortal Seeker launched on March 9, 2023 as a roguelite cultivation-themed game. In the weeks following launch, the developer (a small, self-published indie team) was very active, shipping a rapid series of bug fix and optimization patches through mid-March 2023. On March 17, 2023, a post outlined plans for a major version 1.1 update targeting mid-April, and on April 19, 2023, the developer posted a delay notice explaining the update was larger than expected and pushed the release to around end of April. Version 1.1 shipped on April 28, 2023, delivering the Tower of Babel endless mode, a cultivation system with Five Element Spiritual Roots and faction mechanics, new weapons, and other content. A final patch (version 1.11) followed on May 24, 2023, addressing performance optimizations and bug fixes. There have been no developer communications of any kind since May 24, 2023 — over three years ago. The game has no unreleased DLC listed, no announced future content, and no roadmap. Given that the only sustained post-launch content push culminated in the version 1.1 major update and its follow-up patch, and the developer has been completely silent for over three years with no indication of further plans, the game appears to have reached its completed state as of the May 24, 2023 patch.
