Since that initial Early Access launch, the developer shipped a consistent stream of major content updates: new city districts and landmarks across multiple updates through mid-to-late 2024, culminating in the complete Manella City and police system at 1.0 on November 28, 2024, followed by a substantial post-launch update on December 30, 2024 adding missions, cryptocurrencies, new upgrades, and more. That December 30, 2024 update is the last major content release on record. The most recent developer communication is a security hotfix dated October 5, 2025, issued specifically in response to a Unity engine vulnerability (CVE-2025-59489). This is a pure maintenance patch with no new content. No news posts, announcements, or developer statements since October 5, 2025 — nearly 12 months ago as of today's date of September 24, 2026 — have mentioned any upcoming content, roadmap items, or continued development plans. POLICE CHASES

Make sure you obey the law because Manella's Finest are now in action! Avoid running red lights, unloading illegally, and hitting cars and pedestrians or else you will be chased by whatever Manella Police have at their disposal. They have cruisers, SUVs, and even APCs! But when caught, players have the option to either pay the fines, go to jail, or bribe the officer. Even in Manella City, cash is king.
