JellyCar Worlds launched on December 8, 2022 and has received a steady stream of major free content updates ever since. The developer completed the main adventure content with World 8 on April 13, 2023, then continued expanding the game significantly: a level editor arrived in June 2023, classic JellyCar 1 and 2 levels were restored and added through late 2023, 2-player co-op and race modes launched in February 2024, and a Community Showcase system was introduced in May 2024 allowing player-created levels to be featured in-game. Most recently, on May 21, 2026, a large Community Showcase update added over 60 new community levels. This establishes a strong pattern of major content releases roughly every few months across more than three years, with the most recent update arriving just one month before today's date. The developer has not announced that content development is concluding, and the ongoing Community Showcase framework appears designed to continue receiving new level packs. No specific future content has been announced by name, but the sustained delivery pattern and the open-ended nature of the Community Showcase suggest continued updates ahead.
