Jiahao launched on September 9, 2026 as a desktop pet and productivity tool game. Prior to launch, the developer stated on September 1, 2026 that they would "continue polishing the game, fixing Jiahao's bugs, and developing content for the upcoming free updates." This commitment has been backed up by a rapid series of post-launch patches. The Day 1 patch (September 11) added Steam Friends Leaderboards, a Loan feature, in-game shop reviews, and more. The Day 2–3 patch (September 12) added Haoyi stealing, product reviews, new characters Tayin, and store gifts, while noting that "Jiaxin's animations are also actively in development." The Day 4–5 patch (September 15) added a new voice pack and explicitly confirmed that "new voice content for Jiaxin and Lil' Hao is currently in active development." The DLC list includes a Soundtrack, an art book adventure, and a Supporter Pack — all released — as well as an unreleased Demo listing that appears to be a storefront artifact. The developer's own words and ongoing patch cadence make clear that substantial new content continues to be built out for this game.

- Jiahao moves into your desktop uninvited—and with no intention of toning himself down.
- Click, rapid-click, hold, drag, or right-click Jiahao directly on your desktop.
- Pressure has never belonged to Jiahao. A problem may defeat him, but it can never diminish his swagger.
- Use 15 desktop tools, including to-do lists, sticky notes, focus timers, schedules, stock tools, and ambient sounds.
- Earn HaoYi, climb eight HaoGe ranks, top the HaoYi leaderboard, and become Ultra Instinct Hao.
One last thing:
